I’m the operations manager for DFW Cash Investor and licensed Texas real estate broker.  From 2012-2014 I oversaw acquisition and renovation for DFW for a major publicly-traded single-family real estate investment trust.  I’ve looked at thousands of homes in DFW and managed the purchase pipeline for over 450 homes.  That adds up to a little over $50 million in home buying and rehabbing.  I’m also a Texas Longhorn with a bachelors in business administration and live in Dallas with my amazing wife.

At DFW Cash Investor, we didn’t just get out of a real estate seminar at the Holiday Inn last weekend.  Our expertise is comprised of literally 15+ years of know-how in this business.  We’re not winging it here

Which means to you that we’re not experimenting or practicing with your home or the experience of selling your home. I really want to drive this point home because it’s one of the biggest frustrations we deal with in the business – inexperienced so called “investors” who give the industry a black eye.

Which really means to you that you’ve got a first-class team of experts working to make this transaction happen REGARDLESS of the various challenges that inevitably come up during the course of buying or selling a home.  You don’t want to be in a situation where a rookie or inexperienced “investor” gets two or three weeks down the road and can’t close on their promise because they didn’t know what they were doing on day one!

I’m the field manager for DFW Cash Investor and a licensed Texas real estate agent.  I was on the Track and Field team at the University of Texas at Arlington and have a background in finance, but my passion is in real estate.  I’ve previously managed the rehab and lease up for over 200 homes in nearly every city in Dallas/Ft Worth.  I have a wonderful wife and beautiful baby daughter and live in Fort Worth.

Because we want to make ABSOLUTELY sure that you have all the data and information you need to make an informed decision about selling your home…whether that’s to us or not!  The last thing we want to do is buy a home from someone who wasn’t 100% comfortable with the deal.

In addition to our rehab estimate and market analysis, you’ll also receive an estimated net sheet that will show you to a very accurate degree where we think OUR profit will be on the transaction.  This will show you how much money you could make selling your home to us or keeping it and rehabbing it yourself.  Talk about transparency!  We truly want you to make the call with FULL information.
